We are a local, Summit County, family owned company with over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. We specialize in the sales, removal and installation of all types of commercial and residential flooring products. We install quality products with pride and integrity, we treat each job as if it was going in to our own home or the home of someone we love.

Meet Bobby Dix, a dedicated family man and seasoned professional with over 36 years of experience in the flooring industry. As the President and Owner of Beau Ideal Installs, Inc. since 2006, Bobby has established himself as a trusted authority, celebrated for his expertise in both commercial and residential flooring solutions.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Bobby's journey in the flooring realm began at the young age of fifteen. He honed his skills at Commercial Flooring, specializing in installing commercial carpets for schools and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints buildings. Through his tireless dedication, Bobby developed a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

In 1999, Bobby took a leap of faith and founded BD Floors Inc. as a sole proprietor. Over the next nine years, he traveled extensively across the United States, undertaking the removal and installation of

commercial carpet in various Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints buildings.

In 2006, Bobby transformed BD Floors Inc. into Beau Ideal Installs, Inc., marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career. Since then, he has remained steadfast in his mission to deliver top-tier

flooring services to clients across Utah. Specializing in the removal and installation of commercial and residential carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, and pre-finished wood,

Bobby ensures each project is executed with precision and care.
